Chaos Brings About Change

Chaos Brings Change

In a world built on chaos, one must go within to find peace. The problem is, most don’t find peace when they go within. Instead, they find emotions that have been suppressed for years, thoughts that bring back painful emotions, or anxiety of future outcomes and the one that gets people the most, confusion. Confused about what direction to take, which path to go on, if one decision will lead towards what they most long for or, will it lead to just another mistake?  After all, that is the definition of Chaos- complete disorder and confusion.

·       In Physics it is behavior so unpredictable as to appear random, owing to great sensitivity to small changes in conditions. The formless matter supposed to have existed before the creation of the universe.

·        In Greek Mythology it is the first created being, from which came the primeval deities Gaia, Tartarus, Erebus, and Nyx.

(“All great Changes are preceded by Chaos.” -Deepak Chopra.)

The more turmoil and havoc, the more Change it brings about in ourselves. The question is… are we ready to do what it takes to face those emotions, confront ourselves and attempt to heal?

If we choose to remain in the same predicament, not being able to rely on our own inner guidance for peace, then we will stay in the same circumstances repeating the same mistakes, holding on to emotions that don’t serve us and causing more pain, unhappiness and mayhem.  We can choose to rely on others, but most people feel the same way and don’t have the clarity and understanding to help themselves, much less anyone else.  Unless of course we ourselves crave to have better, to know better and to be better.  The desire is then born within and blossoms into actually making these Changes. Embrace this desire. This is the natural process and secret order of the “so called” randomness we call our lives. Once we decide we want this CHANGE, the focus shifts from Chaos towards asking ourselves the question…. What small changes can we make in our daily lives in order to make big transformations?

Change Brings Transformations

By Changing ourselves we transform not only our lives, but the lives of those around us and so on and so forth. It causes a ripple effect.  We always hear people speak about what changes others need to make, and who needs to be doing what and why etc. But if we were to focus on ourselves, on our own thoughts and emotions, we wouldn’t even have the time to shift our blame and worry about how others can change.  If we can’t control or change our habits or mindset, how can we expect others to do the same?  This is where the ripple affect happens.  It’s when WE Change that others get Inspired to do the same, in their own way. And that is how we can all transform.

So, what small changes can we make in our daily lives in order to make big transformations?  Let’s start with embracing the moral principle known as the 'Golden Rule', otherwise known as the ethic of reciprocity, which means we believe that people should aim to treat each other as they would like to be treated themselves – with tolerance, consideration and compassion. If we can achieve this daily, then the next step would be to pay attention to our fluctuating emotions. Our emotions communicate to us where we stand on our path.  Maybe there’s something we buried under the conceptual rug that our inner child is dying for us to acknowledge and heal.  And until we face it, we can’t move forward on the right path.  Meditation helps us look at these buried emotions and helps us learn more about OURSELVES.  By implementing daily Meditation we can move in the direction of Amazing transformations. Are you ready to Transform yourself?

Transformations Bring Letting Go

As transformations begin to happen in our lives, we find ourselves letting go of things that no longer serve us. But its not until we get to this point, that we see what it is we need to let go of in order to reach higher states of awareness and happiness.

We are always transforming into a better version of ourselves…. (And even when transformations take us to rock bottom, they eventually lead us back to a better version anyway.) So what does this mean? It means we should be looking at what we need to let go of.  How? By asking WHY and digging deeper.  If we question our own intentions and/or habits, we begin to see belief systems that serve no purpose.  For example: Why do I strive for perfection? Who said anyone had to be perfect? Is that really my own belief or was that engrained in me subconsciously by growing up in a city and culture where everyone has misconceptions of what perfect really is? Why not go for doing my best vs perfection?  Or how about the belief that we need to have a certain job in order to live a certain life? Are we truly happy with what we do on a daily or do we do it out of necessity? If the answer is YES, then great! I definitely encourage to do what you love, but if that’s not the case, then why? Why do we put ourselves through things we don’t want to do? Because Society says so? Why?

What about our health and what we eat and drink?  A lot of us have grown up thinking that what they (ads, commercials, family, friends, society, the FDA) tell us to eat is what we should eat, when really, our body naturally knows what would be beneficial for our system and what wouldn’t be.
‘Letting go’ is more than just decluttering our home of THINGS we no longer use. It’s about letting go of certain ideas, beliefs, habits, people etc. It means removing what doesn’t help us evolve into a wiser, happy, lovable human being, so that we make room for what does.  But here’s the catch, we have to actually WANT to let go. It’s definitely not easy, it takes reprogramming our mind…. but in doing so, we allow room for our heart to harmoniously work WITH our mind and together, create infinite possibilities.

Letting Go Brings Acceptance

Once we begin to let go of what we no longer need on our journey, we are left with acceptance.  We can deny or allow what we are left with, but if we still carry filters and judgements, then our ability to focus on love becomes blurred.  Accepting others and where they are on their own journey is just as important as accepting ourselves. That means allowing to see yourself for who you really are without everyone else’s opinions.  If we have truly let go of certain beliefs and ideas, then accepting “what is” should be easy.  If we Accept that our perception has now shifted then what we once thought to be true, now tells a different story (one we knew nothing about). Therefore, accepting a new belief comes as easy as accepting who we truly are. It means relearning what we once thought we had already learned.

Acceptance Brings Clarity

Clarity comes once we Accept what is. Then we begin to clearly see that there is much more to learn than what the old version of us once believed. This can be very confusing. It’s like walking into the unknown, not knowing if going back to our comfort zone is best.  That foggy part of our lives where we see what we no longer need but we’re still searching for what is best for us. This is where our Faith gets tested. If we truly Believe we will be ok and that what is best for us IS on its way, then worry and doubt falls away.  This is that hazy stage when we first wake up and adjust our vision. The place between being asleep or unaware and beginning to see clearly.  Some of us get stuck in this phase for longer than we would want to, but that’s when we either propel ourselves forward or take a couple steps back to reevaluate who we truly are.  Don’t allow your ego to hold you back. This is when belief systems start crumbling down. When the belief of not being worthy enough comes up, ask yourself why you believe that to be true. When the belief of being alone or misunderstood comes up, ask yourself why you believe that to be true. You are more than worthy, you are more than enough, you are understood, valued and Never ever alone.  That is Truth and what you begin to see with Clarity.

Clarity Brings Transcendence

Clarity is like having insight after insight after insight after lol  you get the point. Imagine something as small as not removing a tag off scissors that has been bothering you for years and then all of a sudden you just go to it, remove it and say to yourself ….“Really? Did it seriously take me almost a decade to do something I just did in 2.5 seconds?” Those small revelations in the mind of unlimited potentials, coupled with HUGE lifechanging aha moments can surely take your breathe away.  It’s like understanding behaviors from not only this lifetime but past ones too and seeing the patterns and themes all corollate.  Going beyond normal to a place of existing apart from and not subject to the limitations of the material universe. A mystical experience shedding the old and embracing the new…. when Clarity brings about Transcendence.

Transcendence Brings Soveriegnty

Chaos, transformations, letting go, acceptance, clarity and transcendence represent the steps of a ladder, each one leading to the highest step, Sovereignty.  Sovereignty, more specifically, Personal Sovereignty is defined as, “The intrinsic authority and power of an individual to determine his or her own direction and destiny, aka Free Will.”  Sovereignty requires taking personal responsibility for each decision, action and reaction that occurs our life.  No longer is it someone else’s fault that we failed, no longer do we view life as a series of events that randomly occur and happen to us.  Reaching sovereignty solicits the thinking and understanding of a higher state of consciousness that we are the creator and author of our lives.   Thus leading to the fundamental and critical “innerstanding” of the Golden Rule.  Imagine a world where each person practices and embraces their personal sovereignty, a world where each person owns and accept their circumstances without blame or guilt thus allowing others to operate in their highest and best forms.  A transformation of the human collective consciousness bring us all to the place of “Heaven on Earth”……..

Morning Thoughts

Colors and how we as humans perceive them.

There are, in this case, 4 groups and each group has…

People who can only see in black and white, everything is pretty much gray.

People who can see black and white but also yellows reds and blues.

The third group can see black, white, yellow, red, blue, green, purple and orange.
The last group can see all of the above plus extra colors that still have no name for them.
Please tell me how someone from group 4 can explain to those in group 1 what a certain color looks like, when they don’t comprehend what color even is? Do you just not even bother? Because no matter how it gets explained, what is understood is only based off on the perception and level of consciousness the group is in. Sometimes some can’t handle the truth, if it’s too much, the victim mentality rises. One group will perceive and paint a picture all in black and white. When that’s not what the other group sees and so on…. It’s like watching a movie once and then watching it again 10 times over in a 10 year period. Each time you watch it, you see it differently. And there’s no way you can explain it to someone watching it for the first time. They just have to get there on their own time. Same with everything else in life, I guess. So maybe I just answered my own question!

Staying Positive When It’s Hard

Someone close to me going through life’s obstacles recently asked me “how do you do it?” Stay positive that is… We are all going through something, we’re human, that’s life. But what I learned these last few years, is this: Thinking positive daily is just practice for when you really NEED it! When the emotions creep in and you want to curl up into a ball and cry yourself to sleep, drink yourself to more misery, eat or not eat. You know…. that deep down pain that makes you doubt everything you believe in, worry about everything, have anxiety over what can be… Etc. Yea so we all get this way sometimes, but that’s when all that practice kicks in. Because one moment of misery can lead us down a path towards a reality where all our fears are manifested. Well, I personally don’t want to walk down that path. I’ve been there, done that for way too long. So after being caught up in the emotions, I take a break and reassess what’s happening and why. Everything is a lesson and the faster we recognize it the faster we can change our reactions to things we don’t necessarily like. So I ask myself… Which path do I want to take? -the one I know leads me to more misery and fear? Or -the one that continues to have faith and believes in what IS possible. Believes in Divine timing… Well I try not to stay on the other side too long. The longer your in it, the faster the momentum. So when your in the middle of feeling like life is falling on top of you, reassess, reflect and reevaluate which direction you will allow your mind to take you. Because without even realizing it, each moment paves our future! When your feeling down, go out and help someone else, send love and watch it multiply.
Morning Thoughts

Do you speak my language?

Do you speak my language?

In silence there is nothing but thoughts racing through your mind and you begin to find yourself wandering with these thoughts that then become words but those words which are spoken out loud are then filtered. Because we grow up being told “be careful what you say”, “think before you speak”, a program or belief system, a way to stop your natural thought process and overthink it or in other words suppress some words and rearrange the thoughts to then come out a different way.
But when you write…. that’s a different story. When you write, you are literally replicating the words exactly as they are thought and put into a mechanism that somehow sends you the same replica for you to process through your receptors and convert it into your mind…now knowing exactly what is in my head.
So then you ask yourself, is it vulnerability that allows you to open yourself up with a stranger across the world and let them into your world of thoughts without even knowing their name? Should we express how we feel into thoughts and share them or do we hold it all in and let time prevail?
We all essentially want to feel understood, but why is that? Maybe because somewhere deep inside there is a compass pointing us all in the same direction. ✨
See, we are from the same fabric. Created with 2 eyes and 1 nose, 2 arms and 10 toes, organs that know what they are here for, a heart that beats ? to live and lives to Love. We have brains that function in ways we can never fully comprehend and we have energy inside and around us with a language only understood in silence. Between time and space.
The more in tune we are with ourselves the more we can communicate in that language. The language of Thoughts before the filters, before the letters are put together, before they come from an expression of a feeling or even before the feeling took place. It’s the language of Love. The language of consciousness. Do you speak my language? I guess by sharing we will know….

5 Tips on how to Love Your Life!!

Tip#1 Acknowledge that your surroundings are just a reflection of your thoughts.

  • The people and circumstances around you, are a reflection of where you stand on a scale of; where you have been, all the way up to where you desire to be.
  • What are you gravitated towards? What triggers your Fears? What surrounds you
  • Whatever that is, it either makes you happy and you love it or you want to change it. The decision is yours but the first step is acknowledging that you have the power to change it.

Tip #2 Do what excites you the most.

  • Follow your heart.
  • Don’t follow the path others want for you, follow the one that fills Your heart.
  • Let go of what weighs you down, in order to make room for the things that make you happy.

Tip #3 Change Careers if you don’t love the one you’re in.

  • Are you doing what you Love on a daily basis? Does your Job get in the way? Then why are you there?
  • Don’t let the fear of security stop you from living the life you love. (I’m not saying quit tomorrow if you don’t have anything saved, but start making plans to make the switch)
  • To truly love your life, you must love everything about it, money is not always everything; but when you follow your heart and do what you Love, you’re rewarded with abundance regardless.

Tip #4 Make Time for Yourself!

  • Everyone says they’re busy now a days and since I’m speaking from experience and I myself stay busy, I can say confidently. SCHEDULE IT IN ADVANCE AND STICK TO IT!
  • We make time for others, we schedule them into our lives but do we do that for ourselves?
  • Take out your planner or calendar on your phone and schedule ME time. For the extremely busy, schedule it a month or two in advance. For the regularly busy, schedule it 1 or 2 weeks in advance but make sure you stick with it.

Tip #5  You have total control of your life.

  • It is after all, YOUR life. Do some reading on self improvement and begin to look at the world differently.
  • If you ask yourself why the world (the mirror) is not smiling at you, remember to Smile at the world and know it’s all a reflection of YOU!
  • Don’t take things personal and just adjust your perception. Life will unfold just as it should.

Express Yourself!

I’m stuck… I’ve been feeling stuck for quite some time now and I realized this would be the way to get out of it.
A lot has been changing and one main thing is ourselves.  At least from my experience, it’s like transforming from the ‘old me’ into the ‘new me’. Yes we do this a lot. For most of us Change is very constant and for others, well things seem to never change, although they slowly are. ?
Over time we grow as a society in ways we don’t even pay close attention to. For example,
Our Integrity as a whole has gone down hill for decades.  It has become a common social behavior, so it legitimizes our actions. Our decisions are based on other people’s opinions of what’s right and wrong. Good intentions and bad intentions, but where do we draw the line?  At what point do we all see that not everything is what it seems? and that TRUE Change begins with ourselves!
As I transition into unknown territory, as the new me emerges, I find myself surrounded with those who only see the old me and make assumptions based on past actions. I find myself lost but knowing I am on the right path. Lost because I have never been here and yet not, because it has never felt so right.
I find myself quiet and to myself, trying to get to know the new me while I deal with my surroundings and the judgement of others’ perceptions which in return mirrors my inner battles. I stay away from humanity in order to restore my sanity and in return be a light house to those in darkness. But while I walk through my own shadows and fight through the pain and suffering in order to get to the other side;  I find myself wanting more of a connection with humanity, more deep interactions, more purposeful actions and more compassion for the pain and suffering others are also going through.  I remain quiet and still not wanting to say something I am unsure of, so I wait for the right time and as time passes I find myself having more and more excuses as to why I shouldn’t speak my mind, or how words just won’t come out, how I can come up with a zillion words eloquently put together when I meditate but then I tell myself that by the time I get up and type them up, they will escape my mind…. What kind of bullshit excuse is that? I seriously asked myself this… (seeing with clarity that…) thoughts don’t just escape your mind, where would they go? They don’t go anywhere they are still THERE wherever THERE is waiting for you to express yourself. So I told myself this, whether I had something to write about or not, I needed to just DO IT! So here it is a bunch of rambling thoughts on this Monday Morning written out so that I can unblock whatever it is that is restricting me from writing, talking, expressing myself in general…. The time is NOW, not later when it’s too late and you have suppressed it all in… NOW!
So, Here is to YOU expressing yourself in any way shape and form because as a whole, we all need to be our genuine Authentic selves whether someone else likes it or not.  Be YOU! Express yourself and be FREE!

Expect the Unexpected & Go with the Flow

Every single day we go through obstacles, adversity, lessons, experiences etc. Some experience things more than others but overall, there is ALWAYS something changing. Let’s point out some examples just to make sure we’re on the same page.
  • one day we have a job the next we don’t and vise versa.
  • one moment we’re responsible for ourselves, the next we are expecting a child.
  • one day we’re in a relationship and the next day we’re not.
  • for years we think we may never find the One and in a split second, we have.
  • one moment we’re here and the next day we’re not.
Change is in constant motion and many of us fear it, resist it and become stubborn. Sometimes it’s not even noticeable, but yet it’s impacting us on a deeper level. We can’t respond to our subconscious programming if we don’t realize what’s there, that’s needing our attention.
This is when life happens, for example: We come across someone who triggers us to get upset; maybe because they don’t do what they say they’re going to do or maybe because they’re just being stubborn. Whatever the reason…they are simply there as a projection, to show us something that’s inside ourselves, that we simply can’t see.
Instead of looking at what they’re doing to upset us, we should see why it bothers us in the first place. We may really be bothered by the fact that we’ve been wanting to do something ourselves, but we’re not following through; maybe out of fear that we can’t, fear we don’t know how, fear of security or maybe just because we are procrastinating.
We’re not upset with the person who triggers this emotion, but really with ourselves for not taking responsibility for our actions or the lack of. We may point fingers but again, it’s a projection of what we need to see inside ourselves and therefore try to find what it is we are having resistance with and work on it. We can run but we can’t hide from ourselves!
We can change what happens around us by learning to adapt to changes, so that when they do happen, (and they will) we will know How to go with the flow and see where it lead us. After all, that’s what Life is….. a journey of unexpected events and how we respond to them. Let’s work on being okay with changes and grateful for where they lead us.
